PHOTOS: A hearse from an Atmore funeral home caught fire Monday night at a gas station in Pensacola. Emergency crews say the incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. at the Speed Mart located on Highway 29 at Tate School Road. Firefighters responded promptly and successfully controlled the blaze, preventing significant damage to the nearby fuel pumps. Officials confirmed there were no injuries in the incident. The hearse, owned by Turner Funeral Chapel, was not carrying a casket or any cargo at the time of the fire.
