Crews from City of DeFuniak Springs Fire Department, Friends of Liberty Volunteer Fire District, and Argyle Volunteer Fire Department assisted Walton County Fire Rescue (WCFR) with a mobile home fire in Mossy Head on Sunday. According to WCFR, at around 6:40 p.m. their firefighters responded to a 911 call reporting a residential fire. They say a neighbor reported seeing a nearby mobile home on fire. When firefighters got to the scene, the mobile home was reportedly fully engulfed in flames. They say no one was inside the mobile home when the fire started. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
