A Nando Grill warehouse caught fire in northwest Miami-Dade Tuesday morning, according to authorities. It happened at 7:30 a.m. at the warehouse in the 8300 block of Northwest 70th Street, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said. Thirty units responded. First responders said they found heavy smoke coming from the back of the warehouse. Firefighters worked their way inside and also “conducted ladder operations to gain access to the roof to ventilate the structure,” MDFR said.
By 8:30 a.m., most of the fire had been knocked down. Authorities said crews were putting out visible smoldering fires and ventilating the structure. No injuries were reported.
