Crews from multiple fire companies responded to a garage fire Monday evening on Omar Road in Frankford. According to the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, this was at 7:36 p.m. after reports of a standalone garage structure with visible smoke. Units from Bethany Beach, Frankford, Roxana, and Dagsboro volunteer fire companies also responded. An ambulance and Sussex County paramedics were on scene to provide medical support, though no injuries were reported. The Delaware State Fire Marshalโs Office is investigating the cause of the fire. Crews operated for approximately one hour, with the final unit clearing the scene at 8:33 p.m.
