VIDEO: Crews said they responded to a fire in a three-family home Sunday evening. The home, located at 34 Hubbell Ave., has extensive damage from the flames. Ansonia Fire Chief Alex Horjatschun told News 8 first responders were able to respond to the scene within a minute and everyone inside was evacuated. “Right now it’s under investigation with the fire marshal, so it’s still preliminary,” Horjatschun said. “We have no determination yet what caused this fire. We do know that it did start on the third floor, but that’s as far as we know right now.”
