VIDEO: Crews responded to a fire in Norwich Tuesday evening. It happened on West Main Street near the Colonial Car Wash. Part of Route 82 was shut down while firefighters battled the blaze. No one was inside the building when the fire started. No injuries were reported. The building collapsed on itself due to the fire. An investigation is active.
