Evacuation orders have been lifted for a vegetation fire that has burned several acres in Tuolumne and Mariposa counties, according to the Cal Fire. Cal Fire said on Saturday that the Boneyard Fire began near Priest Coulterville Road and Big Oak Flat around 1:30 p.m. As of 8 p.m. Saturday, Cal Fire said the fire was holding at 227 acres and was 40% contained. Residents in both Tuolumne County and Mariposa County that are near the fire were asked to evacuate on Saturday Under an evacuation order, residents need to immediately evacuate an area due to an imminent threat to life and property. All evacuation orders and road closures caused by the fire have been cleared.
