VIDEO: Tucson driver rescued from rising water

The Tucson Fire Department released information about another water rescue from late Sunday, Oct. 12. Emergency crews responded to North Camino de La Tierra and Tres Nogales Road about 10:15 p.m. The TFD says the first unit on scene reported water up to the door of a Camaro. The driver climbed onto the roof after water started coming into the vehicle. Tucson Fire crews were assisted by Northwest Fire and Golder Ranch Fire. A technical rescue team reached the driver using Ladder 4, and crews helped guide the driver safely out of the river.
