The Tucson Fire Department released information about another water rescue from late Sunday, Oct. 12. Emergency crews responded to North Camino de La Tierra and Tres Nogales Road about 10:15 p.m. The TFD says the first unit on scene reported water up to the door of a Camaro. The driver climbed onto the roof after water started coming into the vehicle. Tucson Fire crews were assisted by Northwest Fire and Golder Ranch Fire. A technical rescue team reached the driver using Ladder 4, and crews helped guide the driver safely out of the river.
