VIDEO: A massive blaze engulfed a large, two-story building in Chickasaw Sunday night. News 5 was on the scene and the fire was on Viaduct Road. Several agencies were responding to the call including Mobile Fire-Rescue, Chickasaw Fire Rescue, and Prichard Fire Rescue. Mobile-Fire Rescue confirmed this was an apartment building fire. People who live in the area say the building is vacant. Chickasawโs fire chief said Monday it was too early to say if anyone was hurt. The cause is still undetermined. Theyโre urging people to stay away from the debris pile, itโs unsafe and someone could get hurt if they were climbing over it.
