VIDEO: A pair of first responders in our area are recognized for their service. Keesler Federal Credit Union is recognizing two first responders of the year.
For the Mobile Police Department, the award was given to Officer Jonathan Kriss. For the Mobile Fire-Rescue Department, it was awarded to Firemedic Driver Thomas Scott Manning.
A Keesler representative says the award is all about giving back to the community. Keesler honors dozens of first responders each year. Recipients include local fire and police, military law enforcement, highway patrol and emergency medical personnel.
