VIDEO: A 32-year-old Mobile man is being held at Mobile County Metro Jail after his arrest Wednesday on two counts of second-degree arson, jail records show. Andrew Cameron Prim was booked into the jail just before 9 p.m. The charges are felonies, an official said. An official with the City of Mobile tells FOX10 News Prim is responsible for fires that destroyed two vacant homes at 181 Sunset Drive East and 165 South University Blvd. in Mobile. Mobile Fire-Rescue Department firefighters battled both fires during the pre-dawn hours Wednesday morning.
