VIDEO: A fire at a Fayette County apartment building left several people displaced Sunday evening. Crews were called to Pickers Pub & Grub on High Street in Brownsville. Officials are still working to determine a cause, but at least 10 people were impacted. The building had a restaurant on the first floor and apartments on the second floor. Fire officials added that everyone inside made it out safely, and it's unclear where the fire started. According to the building's owner, Ron White, the bar was closed because West Penn Power scheduled a power outage for Sunday. He said his tenants told him that, once the power came back on, they heard a loud boom, and within minutes, a second-floor apartment was on fire. Pittsburgh's Action News 4 reached out to West Penn Power to find out why the outage was scheduled and whether it played a role in the fire.
