VIDEO: Fire crews are on scene of an apartment fire in Waynesboro. Dispatch confirmed the fire broke out Sunday morning around 10:56am on Philadelphia Avenue. It was shortly upgraded to a 2-alarm fire. No injuries have been reported, but the current number of displacements is unknown. A cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
