More than 60 firefighters were at the scene of a second alarm house fire in Louisville's Portland neighborhood.
Capt. Donovan Sims, a spokesperson for the Louisville Division of Fire, said crews were called to the 2600 block of Portland Avenue on a reported house fire around 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Once on scene, crews found a vacant 2-story structure with heavy fire that had partially collapsed.
Shortly after arriving at the scene, the fire was upgraded to a 2nd alarm fire.
Sims said the fire was under control as of 8:23 p.m., about an hour and-a-half after crews were dispatched.
