No one was injured following an early morning fire Wednesday at a mobile home on Gordon Drive. Sioux City Fire Rescue was called to the fire at 4101 Gordon Dr. Lot 135 shortly after midnight on Wednesday. When they arrived, they found a mobile home fully engulfed. When the fire was controlled, firefighters searched the home and determined no one was inside at the time of the fire. Officials say the home sustained extreme fire damage and is considered a total loss. A neighboring mobile home suffered minor damage due to radiant heat from the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
