A fire scorched a home in Richardson Park early Friday morning. According to the Five Points Fire Company, members of numerous fire companies responded at about sunrise to the 500-block of North DuPont Road. No injuries were reported. The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire. There is no word if anyone was home at the time. Crews were on the scene for about three-and-a-half hours.
