It was designed to make a difference between life and death by providing your absolutely vital information to first responders.

The File of Life format is modeled to be easy for patients to use. However, if you’d like help filling it out, our Fire Fighters will be happy to assist you.
The Quinebaug Volunteer Fire Department has purchased the File of Life to distribute to Thompson residents who may benefit from it; this primarily means the elderly and disabled populations.
