Phoenix fire officials and HAZMAT crews have responded to a commercial business in south Phoenix after a woman reported feeling sick after opening a package, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
The woman, who reported asthma-like symptoms, was taken to a hospital in stable condition as a precaution, fire officials said. The business is located near 32nd Street and Broadway Road. Officials were on scene and said there were no signs of any hazard to human health and well-being, but said they would remain on scene to continue to test the area.
