An investigation is underway following a house fire early Thursday morning. Four engines with Huntsville Fire & Rescue were called to put out a house fire in the area of Lakeview Drive in North Huntsville, according to Assistant Fire Marshal Trent Bennet. Huntsville Fire & Rescue told News 19 that four adults living in the home have been displaced and one cat died in the fire. The Red Cross is assisting the family. An investigation has started into a possible cause for the fire, HFR told News 19.
