Fire Department – Technical Support Representative III
The City of Tamarac has a dynamic opportunity available for a Technical Support Representative III in our Fire Department. This is an exciting time to join the City and showcase your information technology (IT) skills. Primary support for telecommunication and hardware issues, with specialization in Fire Rescue systems and applications. Assists with office automation issues. Serves as technical liaison between the Fire Department, Information Technology (IT) Department staff, City staff and computer vendors and consultants. Tracks problem status and provides feedback to end users. Reports to the Fire Chief or designee under the general support of the IT department.
