Two Pasco families are displaced after a fire broke out in an apartment Friday morning. Fire crews were called to the scene of 19th Dr. and Jay St. around 6 a.m. Firefighters were able to quickly contain the fire. They say one of the apartments is completely damaged and the other suffered severe smoke and water damage. As the seasons start changing and we head into colder weather, fire fighters want to warn residents about home fire hazards this time of year. "It's that time of year we're going to have house fires, so this is the time to go around and do some general house cleaning,” said Pasco firefighter Ben Shearer.
