A fire broke out in a residential area in Pasco Tuesday morning. Firefighters received multiple calls about smoke and flames seen at the 800 block of West Henry Street. Crews arrived on scene to find a detached garage in flames in the alley. Firefighters were able to contain the fire quickly and keep it from spreading to nearby houses. “It was a third party report of the fire so the homeowner was not home when we arrived,” said Captain Ryan Scellick of the Pasco Fire Department. “So we do not know the cause is, or what happened prior to our arrival.”
