A worker is being treated for minor burns and another one suffered minor injuries after a reported manhole fire and explosion at a work site Wednesday morning. The Chattanooga Fire Department says the men were doing maintenance work on a sewer line when they were injured by a flash fire. Both men managed to get out of the manhole and call 911 for help.
