VIDEO: Residents at a Waterloo duplex were able to escape after a fire broke out late Wednesday. “I just walked toward the bathroom, and the whole bathroom was full of black smoke,” said Leann Kisner, who noted that her bathroom is above her downstairs neighbor’s kitchen, which is where firefighters believe the fire started. “I came out and around and looked in her kitchen window and it was all orange. All you could see was orange through the windows,” said Kisner, who has lived at the address for about two years.
