A man was seriously injured during a house fire in unincorporated Lilburn Monday night. A neighbor called 911 when he saw flames at the 1500 block of Fernbrook Court, SW. Firefighters arrived at about 5:43 p.m. to find heavy flames and smoke coming from the garage and a vehicle parked inside it. Crews also found a man outside the home who had been injured in the fire. “The man was treated by paramedics and transported to Grady Hospital in Atlanta,” said Gwinnett County Firefighter Capt. Tommy Rutledge.
