The Space Coast Public Service Hall of Fame will induct its honorees from the past two years Friday at the Public Safety Institute building of Eastern Florida State College's Melbourne campus.
The award is given to anyone, living or deceased, who has taken a lifelong leadership role in a public service profession. The 1 p.m. ceremony will celebrate a long list of inductees, including educators, law enforcement officers and judges among others.
Because the Hall of Fame had not been completed last year, 2016 winners will also be inducted in Friday's ceremony.
