An early morning fire in Northwest Jacksonville shot flames through the roof of a home in the Creston sub-division on Dewhurst Circle just east of Braddock Road on Thursday. A neighbor captured the flames in a cell phone video. The home was set to go on sale Thursday, but Jacksonville Fire and Rescue said that the home is a total loss.The house had renters living in it previously, but they had moved out 10 days before the fire, according to the property manager.
