The town’s fire department donated more than 100 shirts to Texas firefighters as a part of relief for those impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
“The t-shirts will provide them with something new to wear after losing so much,” the department said in a post on Facebook.
The shirts will be distributed to firefighters in Texas, the post said. The shirts display the Westport Fire Department’s logo. They were donated at the request of the Texas State Fire Marshal’s Office.
“It also allows them to wear the logo of those departments, locals, associations and fire companies that were able to help,” the post said.
