An investigation into a reported policy violation by Fire Chief Kevin Tappe has been completed and the findings are scheduled to be discussed at a special meeting Wednesday. First Selectman Rudy Marconi confirmed Tuesday the investigation has wrapped up and he has recieved a draft copy of the report. He declined to discuss the findings as Human Resources Director Laurie Fernandez doesn’t return from vacation until Wednesday. Fernandez conducted a number of interviews over the past few weeks as part of the investigation, Marconi said.
