The four men who died after going over a cliff last weekend while on an all-terrain vehicle expedition near Payson have been identified by the Coconino County Sheriff's Office. The victims are: Abraham Javier Rodriquez Delgado, 17; Reymond V. Martinez, 37; Enrique Lopez, 38; and Manuel Ladislao Bracamonte, 36. They were all from parts of the Valley, including Phoenix, Chandler and Glendale. The ATV they were riding in hurtled about 400 feet down a cliff in a remote area north of Payson and started a 10-acre wildfire on Saturday, according to Jon Paxton, spokesman for the Coconino County Sheriff's Office. The fire consumed approximately 10 acres of U.S. Forest Service land along Forest Road 300 and the top of the Mogollon Rim by 6 p.m. Sunday.
