Additional information has been released regarding the arrest of Coolidge Fire Chief Mark Dillon, who was arrested by Yavapai County Sheriff’s office with assistance from Pinal County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. While officials at the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office stated in a press release that Dillon was arrested at his Coolidge residence, authorities from within the city of Coolidge revealed that Dillon was actually arrested at the Coolidge Fire Station Thursday afternoon. The current Coolidge fire chief is being charged with theft and fraudulent use of a credit card he allegedly committed while acting as the fire chief of the Crown King Fire District. Allegations of forgery are also under investigation.
