VIDEO: A youth center is re-opening Wednesday at a new location after they were targeted by an arsonist. The one.n.ten youth center will now be located at the Parsons Center for Health and Wellness off of Portland Street and Central Avenue. Back in July, police say Darren Beach intentionally lit the organization's previous location on fire. However, expansion plans had already been underway, according to Development Director Travis Shumake. Shumake says after the fire, donations poured in from community partners, non-profit organizations and complete strangers.
