A 2-year-old boy was in critical condition Thursday night after he was found by his parents floating in a pool on Tucson's northwest side. Paramedics of the Northwest Fire District were dispatched shortly after 6:30 p.m. July 20 to the 4300 block of West Rae Circle, said Capt. Brian Keeley, a fire district spokesman. The neighborhood is north of West Ina Road and west of North Oldfather Road. Paramedics found the child in cardiac arrest with CPR being performed by a parent. The child was rushed to a hospital, said Keeley.
