The Harrison Fire Department was on Tuesday investigating a fire reported late Monday night at Nopalitos Grill. A daily log shows a caller first reported a fire in the kitchen at the restaurant about 10:05 p.m. Monday. Additional callers reported seeing flames coming from the building. Firefighters were dispatched and they also reported flames coming from the building. They were on scene for about two hours that night, but returned Tuesday morning to look for the cause. Fire Chief Marvin Holt said the fire was believed to have started in the kitchen and got into the attic, eventually even breaking through the roof.
