Five promoted in Gadsden Fire Department

The Gadsden Civil Service Board promoted five fire department employees during a meeting Tuesday afternoon. Joey Dalrymple and Kelly O'Bryant were promoted from driver to commander. Kyle Payne, Micah Nance and Jason Winstead were promoted from firefighter to driver. The promotions will be effective Feb. 3.
