Celebration on Tuesday, May 29
Fire Chief Scott Casebolt is retiring from Tangent Rural Fire District after five years of very successful service where he initiated many new programs, outfitted the district with updated apparatus, and received numerous grants to assist with seismic rehab for the main station and better security and gear for our volunteers. The Chief has spent his entire career in the fire service, serving 33 years with Tacoma Fire before coming to Tangent, Oregon. There will be a celebration on Tuesday, May 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (recognition ceremony to begin at 6:30 p.m.) at the Tangent Fire Station, 32053 Birdfoot Dr., Tangent, Oregon, to honor Chief Casebolt for his years of service. There will be plenty of food and camaraderie. PLEASE JOIN US AS WE PAY TRIBUTE TO CHIEF CASEBOLT FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
