REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Pursuant to ORS 279B.060 and District Public Contracting Rules (District Rule) 137-047-0260 governing competitive sealed proposals, Clackamas Fire District #1 (District) will receive sealed proposals no later than 10:00 A.M. April 6th, 2017 at the Administrative Offices, 11300 SE Fuller Road, Milwaukie, OR 97222 to provide:
Audio Visual Interactive Display Systems for 20 District Fire Stations
Contract terms, conditions and specification shall be available on the District website, at clackamasfire.com from March 16th, 2017 to April 6th, 2017. No proposals will be received or considered after this time.
Sealed proposals shall be sent to Mike Corless, Division Chief of Capital Projects, Clackamas Fire District #1, Administrative Office, at the above address. Proposal opening is scheduled for 11 AM, following the closing, at the District’s Administrative Office at the address above. The District’s Board of Directors may cancel this Request for Proposal (RFP) or reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public solicitation procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, upon a finding that it is in the best interest of the District to do so, per ORS 279B.100. The District may waive any and all informalities in the public interest. No prequalification for Proposers is required.
